Come along to this new and exciting, friendly, exercise group. Exercise is beneficial for physical and mental wellbeing and can improve quality of life for all people in all stages of dementia. This activity helps both people with dementia and their carers.
Meeting first Wednesday of the month 2.30 – 4.00pm
Followed by tea and homemade cakes and opportunity to chat.
