Assistant Finance Administrator
Part time (12-15 hrs/week) Immediate start
WHC wishes to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced person to support and understudy the current Financial Administrator.
The main responsibilities envisaged are : to assist the Finance Administrator in the day to day running of the financial and governance affairs of the Centre; to be responsible for up-dating the Centre’s General Data Protection protocol; to undertake other duties appropriate to the post at agreed by the Board of Trustees - including providing cover in the office; and to provide support to the Centre Manager with specific projects and duties.
Ideally applicants should have a good knowledge of IT business applications, including sage. Appropriate training, will be provided to the successful applicant. A DBS check will be required. Salary negotiable.
